Job description
the mission of the AI community Manager will be to build and lead Solina's AI community from the ground up, while helping to design and launch the Solina AI Factory . This key role aims to spread AI culture, connect passionate people, and turn bold ideas into impactful business initiatives., * Build the AI community - Identify and onboard early ambassadors, define the community's vision and structure, and create the right communication and collaboration channels.
- Launch the Solina AI Factory - Co-design the innovation model (from ideation to industrialization), organize the first calls for projects, and track their progress.
- Engage and animate - Organize energizing internal events (AI cafés, hackathons, masterclasses, challenges) that create excitement and inspire action across teams.
- Communicate and inspire - Produce engaging content (newsletters, videos, interviews, internal posts) that showcase success stories and make AI tangible for everyone.
- Train and support - Empower users and AI ambassadors through hands-on learning, guidance, and responsible use of AI tools.
- Monitor and innovate - Stay on top of AI trends, benchmark best practices, and feed insights into Solina's AI strategy.
Requirements
- Outgoing, energetic, and naturally inspiring communicator.
- Curious and passionate about AI, innovation, and cultural transformation.
- Experience in community building, change management, innovation, or internal communication.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and impact.
- Fluent in English.
- Location : France (Paris, Rennes, Aix); Belgium (Ghent), UK (Biggleswade)
