Job description
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced HRIS Group Project/Product Manager to lead the day to day activities around of our Learning Management platforms (360 Learning, Teach On Mars), our HR internal communication platforms such as Inside and Share, & our Talent Acquisition & Talent Marketplace solutions. This role will be focussed on managing the following activities :
- Running day to day activities to support the products in scope;
- Planning and executing projects;
- Monitoring current projects and activities;
- Preparing and tracking budget;
- Building and engaging LVMH end-user communities (maisons, divisions & regions);
- Managing change & adoption activities;
- Managing and nurturing the partnership with IT;
- Fostering innovation;
- Managing various stakeholders from different functions & geographies., * Planning and Strategy: Defining and managing the roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders, maximizing the value, identifying product features requirements and best practices;
- Budget Management: Prepare and track budget according to road map. Prepare forecast as requested;
- Functional Expertise: Deep knowledge of Talent Aquisation/development, learning and internal mobility processes & ways of working. Good functional knowledge of the technical solutions that can support those processes;
- Collecting Requirements: Leading and documenting requirements evaluating new features and configurations and writing and maintaining business requirements, and workflow documentation;
- Lifecycle Management: Managing products throughout their entire lifecycle and ensuring successful launch of new products/features;
- Stakeholder Communication and Collaboration: Serving as the voice of the customer and representing internal stakeholders, partnering with stakeholders to create cohesion and clear communication, participating in product and project meetings and acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams;
- Release and Testing Coordination: Coordinating all aspects of release testing, including test case development, review, and issue resolution and verifying test results;
- Issue Resolution and Support: Conducting root cause analysis and troubleshooting system and data issues, managing ServiceNow tickets, providing support and guidance to HRIS Management and providing end-user support;
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Running queries and analyzing data for audits, troubleshooting, and process validation and ensuring reliable reporting with necessary alerts and recommendations;
- Compliance and Documentation: Ensuring compliance with guidelines and regulations, documenting workflows and maintaining up-to-date system process documentation and ensuring system development adheres to SDLC principles and ITIL practices;
- Identify opportunities to improve HRIS processes and system utilization across all managed areas. Develop and implement process improvements to streamline HR workflows;
- Stay up-to-date on HRIS trends and best practices, especially in the areas of learning, communication, talent acquisition, talent marketplaces, and skills management.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Workday?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience managing TA, Learning or internal mobility processes or products.
- Experience implementing and/or managing Learning Management Systems (LMS), specifically 360Learning and TOM.
- Experience implementing and managing internal communication platforms like Inside and Share.
- Experience with Talent Acquisition Systems (ATS), Talent Marketplaces, and Skills Management Platforms.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and data, especially related to talent acquisition and skills management.
- Team player, collaborative mindset
- Relevant experience in France and overseas
- Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).
- Experience with project/product management.
- Experience with data analytics and reporting related to HR.
