Job description
As Lead Data Partner, you'll play a key role in shaping how data drives strategy, performance, and impact across Voyage Privé. You'll lead the Data Partner team - the proactive force turning data into decisive action - anticipating insight needs, surfacing growth opportunities, and empowering teams to think sharper, move faster, and deliver greater impact.
You'll work closely with the Chief Digital Officer, Head of Data Analytics & Insights, Product, Engineering, and Business leaders to ensure data is not just an enabler - but a driver of strategic decision-making and performance.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Set and raise the bar for domain analytics & insights - define and uphold the vision and standards for how Data Partners drive business impact.
- Amplify the impact of Data Partners by enabling them to proactively shape decisions, challenge assumptions, and drive measurable outcomes.
- Align data strategy with business and product goals, ensuring analytical priorities support roadmap execution and strategic initiatives.
- Coach and develop high-impact Data Partners, fostering analytical sharpness, storytelling excellence, and business acumen.
- Ensure analytical consistency and model integrity, co-owning metrics, data models, and dashboards with Analytics Engineering.
- Lead strategic cross-domain analysis, delivering insights that shape executive-level decisions and uncover transversal growth opportunities., 2. Manager Interview (60 min): Meet your future manager to deep dive into your experience, missions, and ways of working.
- Business Case: A practical exercise to showcase your analytical mindset, creativity, and strategic thinking. You'll then have a 30-minute debrief session to discuss your approach and insights.
- On-site Interviews (full immersion in our culture): Three one-hour sessions with key stakeholders:
- Chief Digital Officer: Align on strategic vision and long-term impact.
- Manager, Data Science: Explore cross-collaboration opportunities within the Data team.

Requirements
- Proven experience (7+ years) in analytics, data science, or business intelligence in a fast-paced, cross-functional organization.
- Prior experience managing data analysts or leading analytical teams embedded in product or business domains.
- Strong command of SQL and Python, and proficiency with modern dashboarding tools (e.g. Tableau).
- Deep understanding of data modeling, KPI frameworks, and semantic layer design.
- Track record of delivering strategic, company-level insights for senior stakeholders.
- Excellent storytelling, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Structured, pragmatic, and passionate about developing people and scaling best practices.
- Communicates well in English and French.
