Job description
As a Senior Data Scientist - Offer, you'll play a key role in transforming how we negotiate deals and forecast demand. You'll work closely with Data Engineers, Analytics Engineers, and the Product Manager of the "Offer" domain to deliver measurable impact and help us scale efficiently.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Act as the go-to expert for AI within the "Offer" domain, understanding key business challenges and proposing new opportunities.
- Conduct research on cutting-edge algorithms, benchmark them, and apply the most suitable approaches to real-world use cases.
- Design and deploy at scale high-impact forecasting models to anticipate market demand and optimize supplier negotiations.
- Collaborate with Data Analysts to run and monitor A/B tests, enabling rapid iteration on new high-value features
- Ensure models are accessible and reliable by embedding them into web applications and monitoring real-time performance.
- Contribute as a technical bar-raiser: uphold coding best practices, lead major code reviews, and introduce new workflows or tools.
- Strengthen team visibility through blog posts, demos, and participation in meetups or open-source projects., 2. Manager Interview (60 min): Meet your future manager to deep dive into your experience, missions, and ways of working.
- Technical / Case Interview (120 min): Dive into real-life scenarios or challenges to showcase your expertise and problem-solving mindset. Followed by a debrief with the Data Science team.

Requirements
- Master's degree in Machine Learning or Data Science, with strong foundations in mathematics, statistics, and computer science.
- 7+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or ML Engineer, ideally in a digital/tech environment.
- Strong expertise in Python and SQL, version control (GitLab/GitHub), and deploying ML models at scale.
- Advanced experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred) and A/B testing frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to synthesize complex topics for diverse stakeholders.
- Autonomous, proactive, and eager to innovate and challenge existing approaches.
- Communicate well in English and French.
