Job description
- Operational Management of the Brand Portfolio (MD Operate):
- Lead the creation and maintenance of data hierarchies (Signature, Métier) in close collaboration with business partners (IDM, Finance, Marketing).
- Guarantee the quality and integrity of the data for your portfolio.
- Actively participate in key events of the hierarchy calendar: Pre-Budget, Budget, and restructuring projects.
- Community Leadership and Support:
- Lead the user community for your portfolio: organize training sessions, manage the contact directory, and communicate on updates.
- Gather and analyze business needs to ensure compliance with and continuous improvement of best practices.
- Project Management and Cross-Functional Contribution:
- Independently manage ad-hoc projects related to the MD Operate activity, such as the integration of new brands or new business models, coordinating actions with other impacted teams.
- Act as a contributor on cross-functional projects initiated by other teams when your expertise is required (e.g., the NEO project).
Requirements
- With a higher education degree (business school, university, or equivalent), you have a strong interest in data management, information systems, and business processes.
- Initial experience (including an internship or apprenticeship) in a project-based environment or on data-related topics would be a plus, but is not mandatory.
- You are recognized for your rigor, analytical skills, and ability to organize your work autonomously.
- Possessing excellent interpersonal skills, you are a team player who knows how to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Curious and proactive, you are eager to learn and develop your skills on subjects at the intersection of business and technology.
- Full professional fluency in both French and English is essential to thrive in this international environment.
