Job description
- Recording, analyzing, and resolving problems and incidents
- Preventing incidents by managing the application, data analysis, and initiating functional changes
- Providing instructions and training
- Preparing internal and user documentation
- Monitoring and intervening to ensure correct use of the system
- Performing updates of master data
- Recording, analyzing, and assessing the feasibility of change requests
- Creating test scripts and testing IT-supplied changes
- Supporting the implementation of changes and releases
- Advising on processes and organization related to the application(s)
Requirements
- Ability to work independently
- Fluency in Dutch and English
- Knowledge of and experience with warehouse and logistics processes
- In-depth knowledge and several years of experience with the SAP modules EWM and ECC Supply Chain/Logistics as troubleshooter or functional SAP consultant
- Knowledge of integrations between SAP systems using IDoc, Proxy and RFC
- Ability to monitor SAP queues and resolve any issues encountered
