Oracle OCI Lead

Responsibilities: * Administer and manage OCI resources including compute, storage, networking, and databases * Monitor and troubleshoot OCI environments, ensuring uptime and performance * Implement and maintain security policies, including IAM roles, MFA, and encryption * Manage OCI tenancy, compartments, and resource tagging * Automate routine tasks using scripting (Shell, Python, Terraform) * Collaborate with application and database teams for provisioning and scaling * Perform patching, upgrades, and backup/recovery operations * Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with governance policies * Develop integration flows using OIC components (orchestration, adapters, connections) * Build REST/SOAP APIs and manage secure authentication (OAuth 2.0) * Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and deliver integration solutions * Monitor and troubleshoot integration flows and optimize performance * Manage the OIC instances * Deploy the OIC instances from lower environment to higher environment * Maintain technical documentation and follow best practices in integration design

Requirements: * 10+ years of experience in Oracle Technical * Graduate in Engineering is preferred * Should have worked in onsite - offshore global delivery model * Experience in Agile delivery is a must * Customer facing experience * Strong understanding of integration patterns and cloud-native development * Proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, XSLT, and SQL * Experience with Oracle SaaS adapters (ERP, HCM, SCM)
