We're looking for a Project Manager E-commerce to lead complex e-commerce projects from concept to delivery, ensuring each initiative drives measurable impact and aligns with our strategic goals. You'll manage project scope, budget, and risks while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results on time. You will:
- Lead digital projects from initiation to delivery and evaluation, fully end-to-end;
- Coordinate cross-departmental initiatives (including Marketing, Webshop, Sales Channels, and Customer Service) to deliver large-scale e-commerce projects;
- Manage budgets, scope, and risks, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery;
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, aligning on priorities and progress;
- Inspire and guide project teams, challenge ways of working, and mentor others in project management best practices.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Scrum?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field;
- 2-3 years of proven experience in managing large digital projects, preferably in e-commerce;
- Strong communication and influencing skills, able to say "no" and challenge stakeholders when needed.
- Leadership qualities and the ability to structure and deliver complex projects successfully.
- Analytical mindset and a structured, proactive approach.
Nice to haves
- Experience with SFCC, SAP, Mulesoft, or PIM systems.
- Knowledge of project methodologies (Agile/Scrum). Agile or PMP certification.
