Product Owner

• Define and maintain the product roadmap for the order management ecosystem, aligned with vidaXL's business strategy;
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, IT, Logistics, and external partners to prioritize and deliver high-value solutions;
• Lead agile delivery teams to develop stable, scalable, and technically mature products that improve customer experience;
• Safeguard technical quality through strong documentation, structured testing, proactive monitoring, and data reliability;
• Continuously optimize the end-to-end order management process and act decisively during emergencies or unplanned events.

Do you have experience in Scalability?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * 5+ years of experience in product, project, or program management (ideally within e-commerce, logistics, or IT environments);

• Strong affinity with IT and order management processes, and hands-on experience working in a technical context;
• Experience with integrations, APIs, and enterprise service buses (knowledge of Commercial Cloud is a strong plus);
• Solid experience in Agile environments, preferably as a Product Owner or similar role;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across departments.
