Job description
We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician to join our IT team. As a Desktop Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our employees. This is a great opportunity to utilize your knowledge of network administration, technical support, and IT support to ensure the smooth operation of our organization's computer systems.
Responsibilities:

Provide desktop support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues

Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals

Set up and troubleshoot network connectivity for desktops and laptops

Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory

Assist with software installations and upgrades

Respond to help desk tickets in a timely manner and provide resolution or escalate as necessary

Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues

Document technical procedures and solutions for future reference
Requirements
Do you have experience in macOS?, Service Now Tool, Active Directory, SCCM (Microsoft Configuration Manager). Imaging / autopilot, Intune / iPhones, Office 365, Windows10 / 11, Video Conference room support. Printer Issues, Hardware Troubleshooting, Blue Screen Error / Hardware Issues, Encryption, Network Support., Proven experience as a Desktop Support Technician or similar role

Strong knowledge of network administration, technical support, and IT support principles

Proficiency in operating systems such as Windows, Linux, and Mac OS

Familiarity with office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office)

Experience with SCCM, Remedy, or ServiceNow ticketing systems is a plus

Knowledge of VPN technologies and remote access tools

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
