Job description
You don't just "fix computers." You build the systems that keep innovation running.
Why Tulip Tech?
At Tulip Tech, we're building next-generation battery systems for drones and electric aircraft. Our engineers move fast - but only if IT runs flawlessly. That's where you come in.
As our first IT Support Specialist, you won't just reset passwords. You'll manage everything from laptops to networks, from accounts to security. You'll make sure the team can focus on building the future, while you build the digital backbone that keeps us connected.
Before You Hit "Apply"
This isn't a corporate helpdesk role. You'll be the go-to person for everything IT - the one who keeps things running, solves problems before they happen, and lays the foundation for a scalable infrastructure.
If you're hands-on, curious, and excited to take full ownership of IT in a fast-growing tech company, this role is for you.
We move fast, work closely together, and give people room to take initiative. If that excites you more than it scares you, keep reading.

- Implement and monitor IT security (backups, MFA, access rights)
