Job description
- Configure Core HR, Time, Payroll, and Recruitment.
- Deliver Talent Management modules (Performance, Compensation, LMS).
- Manage integration with S/4, EC Payroll, and 3rd party tools.
- Ensure GDPR and EU HR compliance.
Requirements
Do you have experience in SAP SuccessFactors?, * 5 + years SAP HCM or SuccessFactors.
- Multi-country payroll experience (EU/UK/India).
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
