AI Content Designer

As a Content Designer in AI, you will help establish content processes and workflows related to generative AI. This includes:

• Guiding content in AI-driven customer experiences
• Designing conversational LLMs using prompt engineering and other techniques
• Preparing content for AI training
• Evaluating AI content
• Prototyping AI content tools like writing assistants and image-based solutions

You'll lead and advocate for human-centred content practices in AI, working closely with Data & Analytics teams to ensure content standards and best practices are enforced, and that humans remain in the loop. You will collaborate with teams across Product, Data, Digital Experience, Engineering, and Business to maintain a customer-centric approach., * Demonstrate the content point of view through presentations and proof-of-concepts, including prototypes

• Curate datasets of content to be consumed by AI systems
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Experience Design Researchers, and Product UX Designers to lead customer-driven AI experiences
• Provide direction and mentorship to develop Digital Experience Writers in AI skills and competencies

• Strategic thinker with technical and creative skills in content strategy, design, generative AI, and data science
• Solid grasp of AI and machine learning techniques and their impact on content and design
• Excellent communicator who can translate AI jargon into clear strategies for non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to analyse AI-generated content and training datasets
• Comfortable working with domain experts and business stakeholders to assess and improve AI content
• Good knowledge of relevant programming languages (especially Python), with experience in data engineering and rapid prototyping
