As a Data & AI Strategy Consultant, you'll work with diverse clients to define, implement, and optimize AI-driven strategies that unlock real business value.
The work
As a Data & AI Strategy Consultant, you help organizations turn ambition into impact by shaping vision and driving AI transformation. You'll partner with senior stakeholders to define strategies, build roadmaps and embed AI at scale. From ideating high-value use cases and building business cases to mobilizing delivery squads and tracking impact, you ensure every initiative connects strategy to measurable outcomes and drives value realization. By combining strategic insight with hands-on delivery, you accelerate transformation, foster adoption, and unlock sustainable business value across the enterprise.
People
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building long-term relationships and ensuring stakeholder alignment.
- Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
- Collaborate with experts across Accenture's global network to co-create innovative solutions.
Processes
- Assess client maturity in Data & AI, and design tailored strategies for transformation.
- Develop and implement frameworks for data governance, AI ethics, and responsible innovation.
- Lead change management initiatives to embed Data & AI capabilities across organizations.
Technology and Data
- Advise on technology selection and architecture for scalable Data & AI platforms.
- Evaluate and recommend tools for data management, analytics, and AI deployment.
- Ensure solutions are secure, compliant, and aligned with industry standards.

Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in Data & AI strategy, consulting, or related roles
- Master's degree in a relevant field (Business Information Management, Business Analytics, Economics, Strategic Management, Computer Science, or similar)
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
- Proven track record in leading client projects and managing multidisciplinary teams
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience applying AI, data science, and digital transformation to solve business challenges-such as improving operations, decision-making, or customer outcomes.
- You have a good understanding of the AI industry and technological developments, a clear vision of what direction the industry will move towards, and are able to share this vision with both your colleagues and our clients
- Familiarity with data governance, AI ethics, and regulatory frameworks
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
Bonus points if you have:
- Certifications in Data & AI, strategy, or project management
- Prior consulting experience in top-tier firms or relevant industries
