Job description
As a PLM/Engineering Delivery lead / Solution Architect you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements, develop solutions to meet those requirements and support on the technical delivery of the project. You will work on design, build, configure, test and deployment/delivery activities to meet business process and application requirements. You will develop and maintain the technical documentation related to application development and you can provide technical support and troubleshooting. You are an R&D enthusiast at heart and like to stay updated with the latest advancements by software Vendors in PLM & Engineering and can inspire clients with the latest developments and innovations in this area.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Team management?, Do you have a Master's degree?, (we require a motivation letter along with your CV):
- You have a master's or bachelor's degree in software engineering technology or related field.
- You have a proven track record of more than 2 years delivering impactful PLM or Engineering solutions from key Engineering platforms such as Siemens, SAP, Centric Software, PTC or Dassault and supported in digital transformation projects in roles such as project manager, delivery lead, technical SME, solution architect, release manager, data or integration lead or Solution Architect.
- Experience with agile delivery of software engineering projects in R&D/Engineering context including excellent stakeholder management and team coordination & communication skills.
- You have been working in team context on defining solution outlines, project planning, configuration designs, functional & technical designs and delivering RICEFW items and have experience on estimating these activities for commercial proposals.
- You are a true team player with great analytical and problem-solving skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Currently living in or willing to relocate to The Netherlands, base location will be Eindhoven or Amsterdam
- You are fluent in English, both spoken and written
Bonus points if you have:
- Fluency in Dutch, spoken and written
- Certified Scrum Master and skilled in Agile delivery methodology
- Experience in Siemens industry relevant tooling such as Teamcenter, Teamcenter AI, NX, Mendix, SolidEdge, RDnL OpCenter or Polarion
- Experience in SAP PLM, SAP IPD using Recipe Development & BOM Management solutions
- Experience in Centric Software Solutions PLM for Food&Beverage or Grocery models
- Industry experience in Consumer Products, Food&Beverage, Discrete Manufacturing, High-Tech, Semi-Conductor, Industrial, Telecommunications, HVAC sectors
- Stakeholder management and team management experience
