Job description
We are looking for a Junior Application Manager who, together with experienced colleagues, will be responsible for our Document Management System (DMS), Quality Management System (QMS) and Learning Management System (LMS). We expect the junior application manager to provide support in the use and management of these systems. In addition, you will act as the contact person for various other smaller business applications, acting as the link between your Synthon colleagues and the suppliers., * Providing first-line support for the DMS, QMS and LMS platforms
- Monitoring the performance of the applications and resolving simple technical issues yourself
- Supporting colleagues in coordinating with suppliers and internal users to resolve issues and perform updates
- Registering new users, granting permissions and controlling access
- Explaining how to use the various applications
- Creating and maintaining user documentation, frequently asked questions and training materials.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Communication skills?, * Successfully completed an MBO4/HBO degree, preferably in IT or a related field
- 2-4 years of relevant work experience in application management
- Experience in the pharmaceutical sector is an advantage.
Languages
Good command of the English, both excellent verbal and written communication skills.

In interviews, you will be able to demonstrate that you have strong analytical skills and work meticulously to manage and improve applications. You have an eye for the user, communicate clearly and know how to translate technical issues into practical solutions. Collaborating with colleagues from IT and the business comes naturally to you, and you take responsibility for the systems you manage.
