Job description
As Manager of CMC Infrastructure, you will lead the global monitoring and first-level recovery of live infrastructure services, while driving continuous improvement and operational maturity. You'll be instrumental in shaping the future of Swift's infrastructure reliability-ensuring our services remain trusted, resilient, and ready for what's next. What to Expect:
- Provide leadership and direction to the CMC Infrastructure teams globally, including incident managers.
- Develop and implement strategies for improving efficiency and effectiveness of technical support services.
- Collaborate with other departments within the organization to ensure alignment of technical support with overall business objectives.
- Identify opportunities for automation, improvement or consolidation of technical support tasks.
- Manage relationships with internal partners providing technical support services.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to technical support and IT Operations.
- Lead the development of skills and knowledge across the teams.
- During problem situations provide guidance to Operations staff and duty managers, communicate complex investigation with diverse group of technical experts, provide timely communication to wide audience within Swift and perform timely escalations

Requirements
Do you have experience in Swift?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Relevant expertise: A university degree, preferably in Information Technology or Engineering with minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
- Strong vision and Leadership skills - You demonstrated strategizing, transforming, setting direction in terms of how to operate and run technology services. You can be bold and fast in execution and bring strong proven transformation experience. Ideally in a mission-critical environment.
- IT Operations/Service Management Experience - Experience in using ServiceNow capabilities is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - You are equipped to engage with engineers, senior audiences, diverse internal stakeholders. You create buy-in, listen to customer needs. Proven track record of engaging and managing stakeholders across a geographically dispersed organization with effective communication and relationship management.
