Job description

We are looking for and Product Owner that will lead and optimize the product stream. In this role, you will be responsible for prioritizing new features, enhancing existing ones, and ensuring that our product roadmap comes to life. You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs and ideas into clear requirements for the scrum team, guaranteeing a seamless and impactful digital customer experience. You will work closely with brand, marketing, content, and other business stakeholders. In parallel, you will collaborate closely with an international Scrum team, resourced by our Digital Technology department, which oversees all technical solutions and fulfills the role of Scrum Master., * Drive a consistent and valuable digital experience for our European Websites & E-commerce plat-forms.

  • You measure and collect data to support your decisions.
  • Manage the planning and optimization of the product roadmap, aligning it with the company's strate-gic objectives.
  • Driving stakeholder engagement, setting expectations for new features and ensuring business value is realized.
  • You take an active role in creating user stories, backlog management, troubleshooting and incident management.
  • You collaborate with Digital Technology on technical solutions.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Wireframing?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * Bachelor's or master's degree, with at least 4 years of experience as a Product Owner.

  • Healthy dose of ambition, excellent stakeholder management, planning and presentation skills.
  • Experienced in Scrum methodology and backlog refinement practices and able to prepare wireframes for features.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work across multiple mediums and engage both technical and non-technical audiences. Confident in managing difficult conversations and challenging others.
  • Experience with e-commerce and its best practices is an advantage.
  • A proactive attitude and an agile mindset.
  • Strong verbal and written command of English.

Benefits & conditions

  • A yearly gross salary up to €60K based on your experience and knowledge, with room to grow.
  • You will first receive an annual contract with a probation time of one month.
  • You are eligible for a 13th month salary and holiday allowance every year.
  • The option to work hybrid up to 3 days, with 2 joint office days.
  • The annual leave entitlements consist of 28 vacation days in the case of full-time employment.
  • Extensive retirement plan.
  • Other terms include travel expenses, use of a laptop and telephone if required, option to purchase extra holiday hours, and collective health insurance.
