ICT Service Desk Operator

ICT Service Desk Operator Sbit delivers 'state of the art' ICT services and products for our customers: hotels in Europe. Our modern office is based in Moordrecht. The experienced 'Guest Services' team tend to it that hotel guests and hotel staff are able to make good use of the ICT services provided by Sbit. You will work on and with complex ICT-infrastructures and contribute to a great customer satisfaction. You will answer phone calls (support and disruptions) within given time frames, analyze and interpret questions from customers and assess them accordingly. In addition, you ensure that these are registered, analyzed, assessed and correctly followed up by your colleagues. As Sbit is expanding, we are looking for an IT Servicedesk Operator to join our team of specialists. Preferably with the following knowledge and experience: - MBO / HBO education. - A couple of years experience in a simular function. - Microsoft Windows Server 2012R2 - 2019R2. - Office 365, Microsoft SQL and

preferably Microsoft SharePoint. - Different back-up solutions like Symantec, Trend Micro etc. - Terminal server and/or Citrix. - Virtualisation, Switches and Firewalls. - You think and work solution-oriented, you are a team player and have developed a good ability to analyse. You are a go-getter and want to complete your work with pride. - Besides Dutch, you have a great knowledge of English. - You own a drivers license B. What does Sbit have to offer: A fulltime basis (40 hours per week) contract of employment for 7 months to see whether there is a match. If all goes well, the intention is a permanent employment contract. The salary is based on your knowledge and experience.
