Job description

Become a warehouse inventory specialist in Rotterdam, making sure inventory levels are always accurate both in the warehouse and in the system. What are you going to do?

  • Count inventory every day and make sure records in NetSuite are correct.
  • Check incoming goods for quality or damage and handle them correctly (accept, repack, or scrap).
  • Investigate and solve any differences between physical stock and system records.
  • Keep reports and dashboards up to date to monitor inventory.
  • Take part in the annual physical inventory count in December.
  • Support audits and help find the root cause of inventory issues.
  • Suggest and implement improvements to processes and workflows.
  • Work together with colleagues and logistics partners to keep operations running smoothly.

You will work closely with the Inventory Manager and the operations team. You will help improve processes and take part in international projects, including the rollout of a new planning system in 2026. What do we offer?

  • Temporary contract for 6 months (with possible extension).

Requirements

Do you have experience in Supply chain?, Do you have a Pre-vocational secondary education?, * Experience in inventory control or warehouse/3PL environments.

  • Knowledge of NetSuite or similar ERP systems.
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills.
  • Detail-oriented, independent, and communicative.
  • Available to work full-time on-site in Rotterdam.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
