Job description
The primary responsibilities of this role is coordinating, planning, and supporting computer-related activities in the organization. This is a hybrid role which will consist of supporting the Day-to-day functions of the business providing face to face deskside support parlay with a systems administrators role supporting the various tools which are required for the business to function. This is an office-based role, and there is an opportunity to work a day from home per week, depending on activities in the office. What you'll do for us
- Be the point of contact for any and all IT related to support
- IMACD Installs (Moves, Adds, Changes, and De-Install)
- Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot end-user workstations and related hardware and software
- Ensure the protection and good care of all the o9 assets, equipment, materials and intellectual property and that there is no misappropriation
- Assures protection for the assets of the business through internal control, internal auditing and assuring proper insurance coverage; shipping, receiving and disposal of IT equipment
- Perform onsite or remote analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of problems for internal end-users
- Maintain courteous, professional, and effective working relationships with company employees, clients, and vendors.
- Identify and recommend corrective solutions to repeat problems
- Assist with maintaining policies and procedures in areas of responsibility such as compliance and security protocols, and ensure all programs are administered in accordance with them.
- Direct and coordinate the activities of contracted personnel or third parties who are providing technical services or performing on-site installations.
- Handle sensitive employee relations issues and/or sensitive data issues requiring discretion partnering with human resources and business leaders.
- In addition to meeting the accepted SLAs, also facilitate improvement and upside (expansion) opportunities post delivery
Requirements
Do you have experience in Software troubleshooting?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Experience: 1-2+ years proven experience to build strong working relationships with key stakeholders and understand their technology needs
- 1-2+ years of help desk support experience
- 1+ years hands-on experience with Google Workspace, Active Directory, Office 365 suite, Azure, Intune, Windows and Mac computing resources, Audio Visual/AV Equipment
- Education: Highschool diploma minimum, Bachelor's degree preferred
- Skills: Clear understanding of network and application security, data security, and secure network protocols
- Excellent technical knowledge of PC's and troubleshooting of desktop hardware, enterprise backup software, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems, and phone systems.
- Characteristics: Structured and organized in working style. Ability to work with and as a true team.
