React Developer

We need a seasoned React Developer to act as a Front-End Lead focused on transformation. Your core mission will be to overhaul the client's public-facing website through modular refactoring, directly implementing critical findings from a recent UX audit. This is a high-visibility role where your work will directly drive conversion rate optimization (CRO) and better engage the target audience: young people and their parents. You will be the technical partner to our dedicated UX/UI designer.

Deliverables & Success Metrics

This project is complete when we achieve verifiable results, specifically:

• Modular Completion: The entire website architecture is successfully modularized and fully refactored for maintainability and speed.

• Audit Resolution: All actionable findings outlined in the comprehensive UX audit are fully deployed and integrated.

• CRO Achievement: Conversion metrics show demonstrable improvement against pre-defined, mutually agreed-upon goals.

About the Role: The Impact

As a React Developer specializing in Conversion, you are responsible for translating strategic design insights into high-performing code, significantly elevating the client's digital presence and commercial results.

You will:

• Collaborate: Partner intensely with the UX/UI designer to rapidly translate audit findings into tangible, high-impact features and experiments.
• Build: Architect and implement state-of-the-art, fully responsive designs that guarantee flawless user experience across mobile, tablet, and desktop.
• Ensure Quality: Mandate and maintain the highest standards for accessibility (A11Y) and cross-browser compatibility.
• Optimize: Aggressively pursue website performance improvements, focusing on Core Web Vitals and advanced SEO integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the modular implementation and code refactoring efforts based on technical specifications and UX audit requirements.
• Drive and contribute technical expertise to the strategic planning and execution of conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives.

Do you have experience in Responsive web design?, * Deep Proficiency: Extensive, hands-on expertise in React and the entire front-end development stack.

• Performance Focus: Demonstrated history of optimizing live websites for speed, load times, and addressing complex browser/device fragmentation.
