What will you be doing? - Supporting the maintenance of the ICT infrastructure, including PCs, laptops, servers, networks, and VOIP telephony. - Acting as the first point of contact for colleagues with IT issues, providing first-line support. - Installing, configuring, and maintaining workstations and other hardware. - Providing advice on the use of software and hardware. - Managing price lists and providing ERP support. - Assisting in creating documentation and user manuals. - Helping implement new technologies within our systems. - Supporting the day-to-day

management of applications and responding to user queries. - Assisting with managing VMWare environments and virtual Windows servers. What are we looking for? - A completed vocational qualification (MBO) in the field of ICT. - Preferably some work experience in a similar role. - Knowledge of VMWare, Microsoft systems, and Active Directory. - Proficiency in both Dutch and English, both spoken and written. - A team player who is eager to learn and further develop their skills.
