- Act as the key contact for business stakeholders, providing expert Murex solutions and setting priorities
- Support front office users with production issues, offering guidance and troubleshooting expertise
- Collaborate with technical teams to enhance Murex performance and ensure user satisfaction
- Analyse incident trends, identify structural improvements, and implement enhancements
- Ensure alignment between business, compliance, operations, and technology teams to deliver effective solutions
Requirements

- In-depth knowledge of the Murex platform, particularly front office modules
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments, ideally with Azure DevOps
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English, results-driven, and comfortable working under pressure
