About the role We are searching for experienced Senior Project Manager SAP (Security) who will be responsible for successful execution of cluster- or project workstreams in accordance to agreed triple constraints. You will be responsible for shaping and executing the SAP migration project (Sap authorization / control / BTP) roadmap and/or lifecycle of the project, including the executive business support and approvals. This role involves managing cross-sector project, including Run, Sector Change, and Security initiatives, while driving collaboration, stakeholder alignment, and measurable value delivery. Manage a team outside your own department. Key responsibilities: - Lead and manage the execution of complex, cross-sector project to achieve defined business benefits. - Own project planning, budgeting, and delivery in line with agreed timelines and quality standards. - Guide and steer your project team across sectors, ensuring alignment and progress toward shared goals. - Apply Lean thinking to streamline processes and focus on value-adding activities across the value chain. - Manage change effectively, addressing resistance and influencing stakeholders at all levels. - Provide regular updates in project meetings, program boards, and security committees. - Large and complex stakeholder management, from working floor to management; in all sectors. - Define KPI's and reporting to measure the progress and value of the project, and make data driven decisions.
