Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant

We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant (m/f/x) for our client in the area of Amsterdam to design, configure, and optimize the client's customer service platforms. In this impactful role, you'll work with the latest Microsoft technologies, drive technical evolution, and integrate cutting-edge AI to create seamless experiences for both users and clients.What you'll do as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant:Architect and implement scalable configurations within Dynamics 365, prioritizing reliability and performanceDevelop and maintain Power Automate workflows, custom connectors, and backend integrationsDeploy and fine-tune AI tools including Copilot, chatbots, and virtual agentsLead migrations from legacy systems, including data mapping and validationMonitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and implement system improvementsManage security configurations, roles, and access controls in line with enterprise standardsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to
