Junior Engineer - Production support

You will translate engineering designs into practical, manufacturable solutions, acting as the link between the engineering department and production teams., * Develop and refine engineering designs, 3D models, and detailed technical drawings.

• Ensure compliance with Class, Flag, and internal project specifications.
• Conduct technical assessments for manufacturability and feasibility.
• Identify and resolve technical issues with effective solutions.
• Support production teams by clarifying design intent and ensuring alignment between engineering and on-site execution.
• Collaborate with senior engineers, production staff, and project leads to deliver high-quality results on time.

• Bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture, Maritime Technology, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of engineering experience in shipbuilding or yacht building.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in 3D AutoCAD; knowledge of Siemens NX, Teamcenter, and Cadmatic is preferred.
• Familiarity with rooting, hull engineering, exterior engineering, moving equipment, and equipment integration.
• Understanding of onboard systems, weight management, and budgeting.
• Strong knowledge of shipbuilding production and construction processes.
