Your future team
We are part of FEC Tech and you will have the ability to join us and fight economic crime. You will be part of the Data & Insights team, focusing on delivering insights for systematic integrity risk analysis and risk appetite statements. Our team is continuously enhancing our data models and collaborating with other teams to ensure we deliver the right insights for the bank's critical processes. You will work in an environment where support, coaching, and teamwork are central.

- Collaborate with team members to deliver insights and reporting
- Take initiative in learning sessions and proactively seek out opportunities to contribute
- Work with tools such as Databricks and TPT to process and analyse data, Within our Early Career Program, you will have the opportunity to get to know yourself, the field, and Rabobank. The program lasts a total of 18 months. You will start the program in a junior position within one team, participate in workshops and training modules with other juniors, and quickly gain practical experience. Together with others, there is room for creativity and initiative to organize events, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing sessions. This way, we continuously improve the program and ourselves! You will easily build a large and valuable network within the bank.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Computer science?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * A bachelor or master in Software Engineering, Data Engineering, Management/Engineering combined studies and Computer Science
- 0-2 years of working experience
- Fluent in English
- Eligible to work in the Netherlands

Benefits & conditions
- Gross monthly salary between €3,314 and €4,733 (scale 07)
- Thirteenth month's salary and 8% holiday allowance
- 10% Employee Benefit Budget
- EUR 1,400 development budget per year
