• Work on ServiceNow modules including Service Portal, HR Service Delivery, HR Onboarding, and Transitions.
• Design and develop scalable ServiceNow applications aligned with business requirements.
• Translate customer requirements into high-level architectural solutions and implementation models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver quality solutions.
• Lead and support small project teams when needed, ensuring timely and effective delivery.

• 6-8 years of experience with ServiceNow modules such as Service Portal, HRSD, HR Onboarding, and Transitions.
• 4+ years of ServiceNow application development experience.
• 3-5 years of experience building simple to complex customer-facing web or mobile applications (a plus).
• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its capabilities.
• Proficiency in web technologies (JavaScript, ES5, HTML, CSS/SCSS, SQL).
• Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as AngularJS or React (a plus).
• Knowledge of web-based protocols and standards (SOAP, REST, WSDL, XML).
• Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and scalability considerations.

• Understand and standardize business processes, translating them into scalable designs.
• Consult with customers on service-oriented architecture and software application architecture.
