Job description

We are looking for experienced L2 IT Service Desk Technicians to join our client's onsite support team in Almelo. The engineers will be responsible for providing advanced technical support, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and handling escalations from L1 teams., * Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support for users (L2 scope).

  • Diagnose issues related to Windows, Active Directory, Azure AD, Office 365.
  • Install, configure, and upgrade hardware and software.
  • Support Office 365 apps including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive.
  • Handle asset & inventory management and equipment lifecycle tasks.
  • Assist in small IT projects and provide user guidance or training.
  • Support macOS / iOS and Intune (advantage).
  • Use ITSM tools for ticketing, documentation, and reporting.

Requirements

Do you have experience in macOS?, * MBO Level 3+ or 2+ years of relevant L2 experience.

  • Strong technical knowledge of systems, hardware, networks.
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • Windows 10/11
  • Active Directory / Azure AD
  • Office 365
  • Basic networking (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
  • Customer-oriented mindset and ability to work independently.
