Job description
At Nedap Healthcare, our Platform Tribe develops the foundations that enable all our applications to run safely, reliably, and with care for the people who depend on them. The Identity & Access Management (IAM) team ensures that thousands of care professionals can securely and seamlessly access the systems they need, every day. Beyond managing identities and access, the team also safeguards how sensitive information is handled and audited, ensuring trust and accountability throughout our systems. We are looking for a Product Owner who enjoys bringing clarity and direction to complex projects, helping the IAM team and stakeholders make thoughtful choices together.
Your responsibilities In collaboration with your team, you:
- IAM Strategy: Shape the IAM vision and translate it into a clear, evolving roadmap;
- Technical Alignment: Align technical priorities with organisational needs together with developers, architects, and product teams;
- Security Trade-offs: Facilitate trade-offs between security, usability, and scalability across the Healthcare ecosystem;
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with external stakeholders, implementation partners, application managers, and end-users to understand real-world workflows, needs, and pain points;
- Success Metrics: Define meaningful success metrics and keep communication transparent within and beyond the team.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Usability?, We're looking for a Product Owner who combines analytical thinking with empathy, someone who connects the dots between people, processes, and technology. You recognise yourself in the following:
- Product Ownership: Experience in product ownership, business analysis, or a similar role in a technical environment;
- IAM Concepts: Understanding of authentication, authorisation, and identity management concepts (e.g. OAuth, SSO);
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Strong collaboration skills, acting as a bridge between technical and non-technical perspectives and translating concepts into clear stories and priorities;
- User Research: Affinity with user research and curiosity about how technology impacts end-users;
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English; Dutch is a plus but not essential.

Everything we do revolves around trust and autonomy. That's why, along with your colleagues, you decide on your own working hours and vacation days to maintain a healthy work-life balance. We also place great value on personal and professional growth. You will receive a comprehensive introduction, and we encourage you to continually develop yourself.
