To meet these challenges, we organize our work in agile teams and tackle issues multi-disciplinary. Responsibilities are assigned as low as possible within the organization, and each team is jointly accountable for the completed assignments. We make optimal use of the existing knowledge and skills of our employees and offer opportunities to expand them. By critically examining our own work, we keep each other sharp.
It's important to us that you feel at home with us. We're all different, and the beauty of it is that we complement each other through those differences. We need each other's perspectives and opinions for a successful energy transition!
