Full Stack Developer

As a Full Stack Developer, you will work on complete applications and modules that run in production for our clients. You will engage directly or indirectly with customers, contribute to architectural decisions and help ensure the technical quality and scalability of our solutions. You will receive autonomy, trust and responsibility within projects that truly matter., * designing backend logic, data models and system integrations

• developing dashboards and interfaces in React
• integrating AI models and external systems
• testing, deploying and optimizing software in production
• working with tooling and workflow automation such as Sinas

Do you have experience in Security?, * designing and delivering complete software applications

• proficiency in both frontend and backend within modern web stacks
• experience with our preferred stack: React for frontend and Node.js or Django for backend
• knowledge of data security, secure coding and ISO-oriented workflows
• ability to communicate effectively with clients and explain technical decisions
• contributing to architecture, scalability and long-term system maintainability

Experience and seniority

• at least one year of relevant experience or a convincing proven track record
• experience with production-ready software, CI/CD, security principles and version control
• proven expertise in API integrations and AI modules is required
• experience in a small organization or start-up environment is preferred
• knowledge of data modelling or cloud architecture is an advantage

Soft skills

We are looking for someone who works independently, takes ownership and delivers in a structured manner. Proactive behavior and clear communication are essential. Proficiency in Spanish or German is a plus. The role is primarily remote, with a weekly meeting in Amsterdam.
