Job description
As our DevOps Engineer, you'll take the lead in building a more empowered, platform-driven engineering culture. That means creating self-service tooling, modernizing deployment flows, and making reliability feel effortless. You'll work closely with developers across product teams to streamline workflows, support CI/CD adoption, and roll out systems that scale with our ambitions.
You won't be doing this alone. You'll join a tight-knit team of 4 pragmatic engineers who care deeply about clean systems, clear ownership, and solving real problems. We share on-call duties, run weekly refinements, and believe good DevOps is invisible because it just works. Expect sharp minds, honest feedback, and teammates who'll back you up when it matters.
Current challenges include splitting our monorepo, improving Git workflows, creating a unified system for database operations & backups, and reshaping our infrastructure for developer autonomy. You'll join regular Scrum ceremonies, handle tickets, and manage deployments-but you'll also set the pace for bigger platform shifts that transform how teams work.
Here, DevOps is hands-on and pragmatic. We value deep experience across environments and industries over theoretical perfection. You know how to get things done, and you're not afraid to challenge the status quo when something's broken or outdated.
The tech stack includes PHP (Symfony), MySQL, Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD, Bash, Ansible, Terraform, Datadog, Scaleway
How you maximize your impact You've spent 5-7 years solving infrastructure puzzles across companies big and small. You've sharpened your skills on different stacks, adapted to fast-changing setups, and delivered DevOps solutions that scaled. You're fluent in CI/CD, IaC, and modern tooling, but more importantly, you know how to make complex things simple, usable, and resilient. You're a builder and a problem-solver. You thrive in environments where things aren't perfect yet, and you see that as an opportunity. You've been the go-to person for deployments, automation, cloud infrastructure, and platform stability. You communicate clearly, speak up when something's off, and always look for ways to level up the developer experience around you., * You get to help Dyflexis build a modern tech stack that works with: Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD, Terraform & more
- A personal development budget to level up your skills
- An in-house chef, ARJ Boxing gym membership, and a solid pension plan
- 25 vacation days + your birthday off

- Friday chair massages and sharp minds who've got your back
