Job description
The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting end users, designing, implementing, and maintaining advanced IT systems to ensure high performance and robust security. This position requires a solid understanding of a wide range of technologies and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to provide solutions for our clients., * Conduct daily checks of the IT environment to identify and address any issues.
- Provide end-user IT support via email, face-to-face interaction, or through a ticketing system, collaborating with the Help Desk team as required.
- Assist with on-site IT projects, including system upgrades.
- Perform hardware break/fix tasks as needed.
- Provide 24/7 on-call support as part of a rotating schedule, with an associated allowance.
Requirements
- Strong IT background and technical knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in IT First Line Support is essential.
- A valid driving license is required.
- Willingness to learn and take direction from fellow IT professionals.
- A reliable, punctual team player who is eager to learn and contribute.
