Expert Salesforce Administrator needed - take ownership, lead improvements, and drive impact! Our client, a well-established not-for-profit organisation, is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to own, manage, and optimise their Salesforce platform. This is a hands-on, strategic role for an experienced administrator who can combine deep technical knowledge with the ability to lead improvements, streamline processes, and provide guidance across the organisation. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, shape the long-term roadmap, and ensure Salesforce delivers maximum value to the organisation and its mission. Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the organisation's Salesforce subject matter expert, supporting end users and ensuring the smooth running of the systemManage the support queue, resolving issues and escalating complex cases to external supportDrive system improvements, process automation, and new integrations (Eventbrite, Asperato, SurveyMonkey, PowerBI)Lead on workflow optimisations, Flows, AI features, and advanced automation projectsBuild dashboards and reporting for senior leaders, defining success metrics and demonstrating impactOwn the long-term Salesforce roadmap, aligning platform capabilities with organisational goalsManage relationships with external Salesforce vendors, including contract oversight and performance managementMaintain training materials, documentation, and induction programs, ensuring all users are confident and competentProactively monitor data quality, enforce best practices, and ensure GDPR complianceWhat We're Looking For - Must HavesCertified Salesforce
Requirements
