We are currently partnered with a leading UK business that provides an important service to ensure the safety and security of thousands of people across the country. Driven by Salesforce, they are looking to build an internal team to drive the platform forward with the growth of the business.
The role of Salesforce Administrator is vital to the daily upkeep and improvement of the Salesforce platform, including Field Service Lightning, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud. You will work closely with the business and alongside the Salesforce Developer, gathering requirements and ensuring solutions benefit all users., * Configure Salesforce across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service Lightning.
- Gather requirements from stakeholders and understand the needed solutions.
- Automate processes using Flows.
- Ensure connected platforms function properly with Salesforce.
- Provide training and improve user adoption across teams.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Field Service Lightning, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
- Proficient in building flows to automate processes.
- Experience managing stakeholder requirements and translating them into Salesforce solutions.
- Ability to lead workshops and implement Salesforce changes.
- Salesforce Certified Field Service Lightning Consultant (preferred).
- Remote working experience.
- Ownership of Salesforce platform.
