Job description
- Lead and support the implementation of SuccessFactors PMGM, including mobility enablement, 360-degree feedback, calibration matrix, and People Card.<\/li>\r\n
- Configure and support Continuous Performance Management (CPM), Career Development Planning (CDP), and Succession Planning.<\/li>\r\n
- Work on Employee Central \/ Employee Profile with strong knowledge of IAS and Integration Centre.<\/li>\r\n
- Develop and deliver Story Board Reports and dashboards to support talent and performance management.<\/li>\r\n
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure seamless integration across platforms.<\/li>\r\n
Requirements
Our client - an international consultancy - is looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant<\/strong> with deep expertise in Performance & Goal Management (PMGM), Continuous Performance Management (CPM), Career Development Planning (CDP), Succession Planning, and Employee Central (EC)<\/strong> to join their team on a permanent basis.\n\nThe role is remote; however, travel will be required, and you must be based in Germany.<\/p>\r\n, + 12+ years of SAP Experience.<\/li>\r\n
- Proven experience working with: Mobility Enablement, 360-degree appraisals, Calibration Matrix, People Card in SuccessFactors, Continuous Performance Management (CPM), Career Development Planning (CDP) and Succession Planning.<\/li>\r\n
- Minimum of 2 full lifecycle SuccessFactors implementations.<\/li>\r\n
- Strong understanding of Employee Central \/ Employee Profile, IAS, and Integration Centre.<\/li>\r\n
- Experience with EC Service Centre and platform functionalities.<\/li>\r\n
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across functional teams.<\/li>\r\n
- Fluent German is required for this role.\n\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n
