Requirements
- Must be a UK National (UK passport) with minimum 5 years continuous residency.
- ServiceNow Certified (Architect / Implementation Specialist or equivalent).
- Demonstrable experience in ServiceNow platform design, configuration, and architecture.
- Strong hands-on experience with one or more modules:
- CSDM (Common Service Data Model)
- ITOM (IT Operations Management)
- CSM (Customer Service Management)
- S2P (Source to Pay)
- Expertise in Secure by Design methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
