GT Consulting are supporting a high-profile enterprise in appointing a ServiceNow Technical Architect to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions. This role is suited to an experienced architect who combines deep technical knowledge with strong stakeholder influence and design authority capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the technical authority across ServiceNow architecture, design, and governance
Define and drive the platform roadmap and overall strategy, Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Agile delivery

Requirements
Proven experience as a ServiceNow Technical Architect in large-scale enterprise environments
Hands-on expertise across TSOM, ITSM, and at least two of ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, or SecOps
Strong integration background: REST, SOAP, APIs, MID Server
ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide, Flow Designer) and platform data modelling
CMDB design, Discovery implementation, and ITIL process alignment
Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
Desirable Certifications
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
