Job description

Build and optimize bots using platforms like Amazon Lex and Zendesk AI Agents (Ultimate), as well as exploring new technologies
Integrate conversational interfaces with our existing systems (CRM, ticketing, knowledge bases)
Analyse conversation data to continuously improve bot performance and user satisfaction
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to work on solutions to problems

Requirements

Do you thrive on building bots and finding new technologies? Can you work well cross- functionally?, * Proven Experience with Conversational AI Platforms (Ultimate AI, Amazon Lex or Equivalent)

Understanding of NLP concepts, intent recognition, and conversation design principles
Experience with System Integrations, REST APIs, Webhooks, Postman & JSON
Data Analytic Skills
Excellent communication skills - you'll need to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
