Platform Engineers

• Build and maintain scalable infrastructure using Terraform, Kubernetes, and cloud-native tools
• Design internal platforms and tooling to streamline development workflows
• Improve system reliability, performance, and security across environments
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to understand needs and deliver platform solutions
• Own CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies for multiple services
• Monitor and optimize cloud spend, resource usage, and system health

• 3-6 years of experience in platform, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering
• Strong proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and infrastructure-as-code tools
• Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker) and service mesh technologies
• Familiarity with observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.)
• Solid scripting skills (Python, Bash, Go) and a knack for automation
• A systems mindset - you think in terms of scale, resilience, and developer experience
• Bonus: Experience with platform product thinking or building internal developer portals
