Job description

We're hunting for a curious mind who loves diving into unstructured data and emerging with a narrative that drives smart decisions. Advise on positioning strategies in the ticketing world, from both primary and secondary ticket markets. Treat tickets like equities, commodities, or derivatives - analyze trends, forecast moves, and recommend buys, sells, or holds to maximize returns. You'll wrestle with grossly manipulated markets, sift through biased datasets, and still weave a coherent story that guides our portfolio in the live events space. If you get a kick out of creative problem-solving in imperfect environments, this is your playground.

Requirements

  • Analyze unstructured data from live events (concerts, sports, festivals) to build predictive models and narratives.
  • Develop and advise on trading-like positions in ticketing markets, optimizing for profit across platforms.
  • Tackle biased, noisy data head-on with innovative techniques to uncover hidden patterns and risks.
  • Collaborate with the team to refine our data storytelling tools, turning raw inputs into actionable insights.
  • Monitor real-time market shifts and adjust strategies creatively to outmaneuver manipulation.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Data analysis skills?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * A creative problem-solver at heart, with a background in mathematics, computer science, or any technical degree that sharpens your analytical edge.

  • Passion for unstructured data - you see puzzles where others see noise.
  • Solid foundation in finance or trading, comfortable applying those principles to non-traditional markets.
  • Willingness to thrive in skewed, manipulated arenas while crafting stories that cut through the bias.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in data analysis, trading, or quantitative roles (strongly encouraged)

Benefits & conditions

  • Competitive base salary + profit sharing tied to your portfolio's performance - your wins are our wins.
  • In-person role at our Battersea office
  • Comprehensive Health Insurance with Full Benefits
