Job description
Partner Enablement and Execution
- Enablement Execution: Lead and/or contribute to the delivery of workshops, bootcamps, and trainings necessary to build partners' technical skills
- Technical Engagement: Lead deep technical engagements, including; Briefings, Proof of Concepts, Architectural Design Sessions, and Hackathons
- Best Practice Sharing: Collaborate with Microsoft's Engineering teams to generate technical insight and enable best practices sharing
- Solution Development: Aid partners to develop and implement high quality solutions and/or services leveraging Microsoft's latest technologies
- Evangelism: Evangelize partners' practices and solutions in customers' implementations via Technical briefings and Architecture Review Sessions
- Tech Sales: Enable partners on technical pre-sales skills while supporting initial partners' wins and work to unblock technical issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineer or related field preferred
- Deep Technical Skills on : Cloud, mobile, web application development, cloud-native application architecture (i.e., containers, microservices, API management), modern software development techniques like DevOps and CI/CD tool chains (i.e., Jenkins, Spinnaker, Azure developer services, GitHub) and container orchestration systems (i.e., AKS, Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud Foundry, Azure), Prosci
- SME in DevOps/GitHub capabilities, fluent in cloud application patterns and be a practitioner of one or more enterprise languages .Net, Java, JavaScript/Node.js, Python, etc. And related frameworks.
- Experience with MS Developer tooling such as Visual Studio, VSCode, Azure DevOps and GitHub or competitive tools and Microsoft or competitor equivalent (e.g., AWS) certification in relevant developer technologies.
- Proven track record of building deep technical sales relationships with CXOs and practice building executives in MSP, CD and Sis.
- Ability to solve Partner problems and unblock technical issues, leveraging internal and/or external resources.
- Deep understanding of Microsoft Cloud Solution Area products and services, and knowledge of market business environment
6-12 years of success in consultative/complex technical sales, technology solutions/practice development, architecture, design, implementation, and/or support of highly distributed applications required
