Detailed Job Description:

-Must have led and facilitated quarterly project planning events, team sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, while actively participating in and facilitating Scrum of Scrums

Should have launched and delivered new Agile projects and initiatives, including the creation of a Scrum Master Practice, Agile dashboards, training programs, and new coaching materials to enhance team performance.
Must have facilitated Scrums to manage visibility and dependencies, coordinating efforts between business and technical teams, and recovering project timelines.
Should be certified SAFe Scrum Master
