Scrum Master

We are hiring a Scrum Master for a dynamic, cross-functional Agile team in London. This is a permanent hybrid role ideal for someone who is passionate about Agile delivery, team collaboration, and continuous improvement. You'll play a key role in driving efficient sprint execution, removing impediments, and promoting Agile best practices.

Responsibilities:

Facilitate Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives

Remove blockers and protect the team from distractions

Coach the team and stakeholders on Agile values, principles, and practices

Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure backlog clarity and prioritisation

Track metrics (velocity, burn-down/up charts) to support continuous improvement

Support team collaboration across departments and ensure alignment with delivery goals

Promote a positive, open, and results-driven team environment

3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments

Proven track record delivering software or digital products using Scrum

Strong knowledge of Agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)

Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I/II, or equivalent)

Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills

Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile tools

Must be currently based in London or able to commute 3 days/week

Preferred:

Experience in finance, digital, or enterprise environments

Background in software development or technical project management

SAFe or other scaling framework knowledge a plus
