Project Role :Operations EngineerProject Role Description :Support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement.Management Level :9Work Experience :6-8 yearsWork location :GurugramMust Have Skills :Good To Have Skills :Job Requirements : Key Responsibilities : delivery of system tools SCCM, Intune, Active Directory to support the transition to Windows 10, Office365 and BYOD,COD Application Packaging, testing and deployment in support of the transition to Windows 10 and Office 365 Patch Management and Windows 10/0365 Servicing Troubleshoot any problems regarding software and hardware computer support Ensure all the desktop computer systems are working properly Personalize new applications regarding client issue, MAC packaging, Creating MSI, App-V, MSIX and Appx packagesTechnical Experience : years of experience in managing the M365 suite and expert skill in MS Teams Prepare high quality technical deliverables such as High-Level , Low Level Design, technical proposal, Bill of materials etc Familiarity with the underlying service architecture of MS Teams including performance optimization, reporting, Call Quality Dashboards CQD,etc Deployment of Hybrid environment and cloud Enterprise solution with Direct Routing Planning,designing and deploying Sonus/Audio codes, SBC, SIP trunk Professional Attributes : Must have excellent technical troubleshooting and Powershell scripting skills Must have excellent knowledge on Active directory, Azure AD Connect and security control Professional Attributes : Good communication skills required for interacting with Customer.
