Developer

• Good understanding of the platform and all technical components that are in use, while maintaining good security and change management practices.
• While using a shared platform, used and managed by other IT teams, the resource should be cognizant of how changes may impact other parts of the platform. The resource will need to pair good communication with change control to keep the system stable while managing new development and configuration changes.
• Resource will be working on the assigned epics/stories/tickets in Jira/ServiceNow and resolve it within SLA
• Resource is expected to attend Scrum Meeting & Daily Stand-ups and share updates/concerns if any.

• Good understanding of ServiceNow Development platform including (but not limited to) ITSM, HRSD, GRC, CSM.
• Proficient in ServiceNow client-side and Server-side scripting, and understanding on REST APIs, Flow designer, Reporting, Notifications.
• Good hands on experience of programming languages like Java Script, HTML, SQL, Angular JS.
• Deep knowledge in ServiceNow and Service Management tools portfolio.
• Experience of working in Agile framework.
• Very good verbal and written communication skills
• Convincing problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to handle and address complexity under all circumstances.
• Detailed oriented nature to seek and understand all the details of problem before beginning to solve it., * Good communication skills to interact with customers to understand requirement.
• Use one?s technical expertise to design an easy-to-use and reliable solution.

When designing a solution, have a good understanding of available technical options and be able to make recommendations. When developing and configuring the platform, use good coding practices.
