Job description

Software Testing for Cloud based Web and mobile applications including manual and Test automation.
Understand requirements/user stories, estimate, test design, prepare test automation scripts, Manual test execution, report defects and tracking, prepare test metrics.
Test automation (Web UI and API). CI/CD pipeline integration and scheduling execution.
Suggest improvements/ enhancement for the product requirements.
Focus to improve test automation coverage.
Explore different automation tools related to Web, API, Mobile, Performance and AI

Requirements

Ability to understand functional and end-to-end test cases which covers user scenarios of the product.
Ability to analyze and identify suitable test automation tools.
Ability to identify and design suitable test automation framework.
Analytical capabilities, ability to learn quickly and organizational skills.
Abstraction capability and logical thinking
Social competence: the ability to work in teams and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications & Tech. Expertise:

4-6 years of work experience in Manual and Test Automation for API and Web automation

B.E/ B. Tech/ MCA; preferably with Computer Science or IT background
At least 3+ years of experience with software QA tools / processes and Manual testing basic
At least 2+ years of experience in API testing for developing and executing API automation scripts using Postman / RestAssured / Karate Framework.
At least 3+ years of experience in developing and executing web automation scripts using Robot Framework or Selenium
Experience in Python would be an advantage.
Experience in Performance testing (Jmeter/Load Runner) and Mobile automation (Appium) would be added advantage.
Ability to work in an Agile environment.
Ability to work and collaborate with other software professionals and contribute at the individual level.
Good to have exposure with tools like JIRA, Azure Devops (or any test management tool), GIT , Jenkins.
