Technology Product Manager

You will be working as Technology Product Manager and will be part of Process Automation business area for Process Automation Digital division based in Bangalore, India. In this role you will be reporting to Digital Offering Product Manager and you will be primarily responsible for translating the product roadmap into actionable steps for developing platform component and / or individual application by working closely with software engineers, designers, developers and architects. This includes on time, quality delivery of the committed releases, along with the agility needed for customer centric digital deliverable needs. You will strive to bring out strong value proposition of our offerings and drive or contribute to aspects covering the entire value chain for achieving the Genix orders and revenue targets., * Providing a vision for the PA Digital Product Suite as a whole and its components and communicate the to all stakeholders so that everyone is working towards same objective

• Collaborating with all stakeholders (divisions, customers, digital solution engineering etc) units to understand the solutions, identify gaps based on customer requirements, develop functional specifications, value drivers and translate business requirements into user stories and integrated solution roadmap
• Working with development teams to ensure that they understand the use cases, end to end functionality of the product components, design specialized great features for our clients
• Working with the UX team to provide valuable guidance in aligning the product functionality with the best in class user experience based on the user persons
• Working with the marketing or documentation team is developing customer centric brochures, data sheets, product guides and pre sales collaterals
• Inspiring and motivating the development teams to deliver innovative and exciting solutions with an appropriate sense of urgency

• Master's in Business Administration from reputed university
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a product management capacity in managing Software Product
• Experience in product management in the software industry like Cognite, HighByte, Microsoft, Google, Amazon or similar organization with focus on digitalization of industrial businesses, the industrial internet of things etc. with ability to create IIOT based analytics solution
• Working experience in one of the asset intensive industry like oil and gas, petrochemicals, power generation, metals and mining, paper and pulp, marine and ports etc
